ATELIERALEXSAVOIE offers, in particular, objects, decorative elements and metal creations.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on their respective sheets: dimensions, materials, finishes, technical characteristics and, where relevant, specific manufacturing conditions.
The photographs, illustrations and representations on the site are intended to present the products as accurately as possible.
However, given the handcrafted nature of the manufacturing process, the materials used, and the manufacturing and finishing processes, slight variations may occur from one piece to another.
These natural variations do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity as long as they do not affect the agreed essential characteristics of the product.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the creations offered on the site are made to order.
ATELIERALEXSAVOIE also offers the creation of personalized or entirely custom-made designs.
These requests are subject to prior discussion with the client to determine, in particular, the dimensions, materials, finishes, characteristics and constraints of the project.

Orders placed on the site are currently only delivered in Metropolitan France.
ATELIERALEXSAVOIE notably uses the services of Boxtal in order to access transport solutions tailored to the characteristics of each shipment.
The carrier actually used may therefore vary depending in particular on the dimensions, weight, destination and characteristics of the order.
The applicable delivery charges are communicated to the customer before final order confirmation.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. ATELIERALEXSAVOIE cannot be held liable for any consequences directly attributable to an error in the information provided by the customer, subject to applicable legal provisions.
For products eligible for the right of withdrawal, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform ATELIERALEXSAVOIE of its decision to withdraw, without having to justify its decision.
The fact that a standard product is manufactured after the order is placed is not, in itself, sufficient to eliminate the right of withdrawal.
On the other hand, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

The direct costs of return shipping are borne by the customer in the context of a cancellation, subject to applicable legal provisions.
The customer is advised to protect and package the product properly to prevent damage during transport.
In the event of cancellation, ATELIERALEXSAVOIE will reimburse the sums due in accordance with the regulations, including the initial delivery costs within the limits provided for therein.
